Lenny'S Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 can mushroom soup
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice zucchini 1/4-inch thick.
    Fry beef and onion; drain.
    Add garlic, salt, pepper and uncooked rice.
    Line casserole with 1/2 the beef and 1/2 the zucchini.
    Mix together the soup and cottage cheese.
    Put 1/2 over beef and zucchini.
    Layer the rest of beef and zucchini; top with remaining soup mix.
    Top with grated cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
