Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. rice
    1 can beef broth soup
    1 can consomme soup
    1 small onion
    2/3 can water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large casserole dish.
    Chop onion.
    Add soups, water and rice.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until liquid cooks in.
