Cherry Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. apple juice
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. cherry sugar-free gelatin
    ice cubes
    1/2 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
    1 small banana, sliced or finely chopped
    1/4 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    Bring 3/4 cup of apple juice to boil in medium saucepan. Dissolve cherry gelatin completely in boiling apple juice, stirring 2 minutes.
    Mix remaining 1/2 cup apple juice and ice to measure 1 1/4 cups.
    Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
    Remove any remaining ice.
    Stir in fruit and celery. Spoon into individual dishes or serving bowl.
    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
