Cocoa Walnut Brownie Loaf With Cocoa Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. softened margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. plain yogurt at room temperature
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugars, vanilla and eggs until fluffy and light.
Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture in thirds, alternating with yogurt.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
