Chex Ooey-Chooey Marshmallowey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
    1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. miniature candy coated semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 c. Rice Chex cereal, crushed to make 2 c.
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, margarine, egg and vanilla extract until well blended; stir in cereal.
    With a rubber spatula, spread mixture on ungreased pizza pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
    Bake 7 to 10 minutes longer, until lightly browned.
    Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before cutting into 16 wedges.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
