Swedish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    garlic salt
    1 large onion, sliced
    potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    ground beef
Preparation
    Slice potato and put layer in baking bowl.
    Add layer of onions and little tomatoes smashed.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Repeat layers ending with hamburger patties.
    Pour rest of tomatoes over all, then garlic salt and sugar.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours in 325\u00b0 oven.
