Rainbow Reuben Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) pasta rainbow twirls (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) corned beef, diced
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. (16 oz. can) sauerkraut, drained
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
2/3 c. bottled Russian dressing
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and cooled pasta; toss until evenly blended. Chill and serve.
Makes 4 servings.
