Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    9 eggs
    2 lb. Tater Tots
    3 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook sausage, layer in casserole dish with thawed Tater Tots. Mix up.
    Beat eggs with a little milk. Pour over Tater Tots.
    Add onion and cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
