Dilled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 (about 6 oz. each) 1-inch thick salmon steaks
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill or 1/4 tsp. dried
    1/3 c. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Microwave butter until melted.
    Stir in lemon and cream. Place fish in mixture and turn to coat both sides.
    Sprinkle each with dill.
    Cover with plastic.
    Let sit in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 40 minutes.
