Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. celery powder
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine beef broth, onion and celery powder and heat to boiling.
Stir in cheese, blending well; reduce heat and heat until cheese is melted.
Stir well before serving.
