Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch chunks
3 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 medium cucumber, shredded and peeled (use paper towels to squeeze water from cucumber)
1 (8 oz.) container plain low-fat yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Toss chicken in bowl with salad oil, oregano and salt; set aside.
In bowl with cucumber, add yogurt, garlic and salt.
