Swiss Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon
4 eggs
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Fry and drain bacon; crumble and divide into four large custard dishes.
Beat 4 eggs well.
Add Swiss cheese, grated Parmesan, milk and salt.
Pour over bacon pieces in dishes. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg on each serving.
Place custard dishes in 2 (8 x 11-inch) pans and surround with 1-inch hot water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
