Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    3 c. regular corn chips
    1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Crumble beef into a 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Drain.
    Stir in seasonings and water.
    Microwave 2 more minutes.
    Stir in chips and 1 1/2 cups cheese and microwave 2 1/2 more minutes or until heated through.
    Stir and top with chopped tomatoes and remaining cheese.
