Egg And Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs.
    Add milk, salt and mustard.
    Add cubed bread and stir.
    Add cheese and sausage.
    Pour into glass baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let sit a few minutes before serving.
