Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 chicken breasts
    1 bay leaf
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 stick butter
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    flour tortillas
    2 cartons whipping cream (2 small)
Preparation
    Boil chicken breasts with bay leaf. Combine onion and green chiles with butter. Saute until onion is cooked (I microwave 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes). Mix cream cheese with onion mixture. Combine well. Mix finely chopped chicken. Put about 3 tablespoons of this mixture in a flour tortilla. Roll and place seam side down in pan (9 x 13). Cover with Monterey Jack cheese. Pour whipping cream over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. This should make 12 tortillas.
