Turkey And Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 lb.) turkey
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/3 c. butter
    8 c. crumbled corn bread
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 well beaten egg
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter in a large saucepan until tender.
    Add the corn bread and sprinkle with seasonings.
    Add the egg and mix.
    Add enough water to moisten and mix well.
    Stuff turkey or cook separately at 400\u00b0 until brown.
