Texas Favorite Party Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saute meat and onions.
    Add rest of ingredients and heat on low until cheese is melted.
    Serve warm with chips.
