Cabbage Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat
    3 c. shredded crisp cabbage
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced green pepper
Preparation
    Melt fat in skillet; add vegetables.
    Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
    Uncover; season and continue cooking 1 minute, stirring gently.
    Serve at once.
    Garnish with strips of crisp bacon.
    Serves 6.
