Spanish Steak With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. London broil or rump roast (slice very thin)
    4 crushed garlic cloves
    1/8 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 envelope Sason (optional)
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large Spanish onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    Mix garlic, vinegar, oil, oregano, black pepper, salt and Sason in bowl until mixed well.
    Add already-sliced steaks; mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight, if possible, or at least 2 to 4 hours.
