Fat-Free Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. applesauce
1 1/4 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
Then in no particular order, mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Grease and flour a tube cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
