Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. flour
    3 pkg. dry yeast, softened in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    6 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cool milk to lukewarm.
    Add sugar, salt, shortening and eggs, mixing well.
    Add 5 cups of flour and yeast; mix well with mixer until smooth.
    Add remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Knead for 2 or 3 minutes or until smooth.
    Store in refrigerator in covered bowl or large bag; will keep 5 days.
    Take whatever you want at a time out of bowl.
    Allow 3 hours to rise, if chilled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yields 6 dozen rolls.
