Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
2 well-beaten eggs
3 bananas
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix sugar, butter and eggs until creamy.
Add mashed bananas; sift together flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add gradually to other mixture.
Mix well.
Add nuts and bake in Pam sprayed pan for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
