Toasted Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    butter
    1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Provolone cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Spread with butter.
    Mix cheeses, mayonnaise and thyme.
    Spread on buttered bread and carefully roll up.
    Place, seam side down, in shallow baking pan.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter and spoon over rolls.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven 6 minutes or until toasted.
    Cut each roll into 2 pieces.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 16 pieces.
