1/2 c. brown sugar
4 Tbsp. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. ground raisins
