Ingredients
    1 pkg. noodles, cooked
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can whole kernel corn
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. oil
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 medium can stewed tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add oil.
    Brown bell pepper and onion; drain.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Chop cheese; add to mixture. Save a small amount to grate on top.
    Pour into oblong baking dish; cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Grate remaining cheese on top; return to oven until cheese melts.
