Fillets Baked In Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tsp. oleo
2 lb. fish fillets
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation

Grease 2-quart baking dish with 1 teaspoon oleo.
Arrange fish in baking dish.
Blend salt, Tabasco, paprika and Parmesan cheese into sour cream.
Spread over fish.
Top with bread crumbs and dot with remaining oleo.
Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, until fish is easily flaked with fork.
Serve with lemon.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
