Jag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. extra long grain rice
    3 c. water
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red shell beans
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large pot, simmer onion in vegetable oil.
    Drain beans and add to pot.
    Add water, rice, salt, pepper and paprika; bring to a boil.
    Stir and cover.
    Cook over low flame for 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
