Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onions, sliced
    4 c. cucumbers, sliced
    4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over cucumbers and onions.
    Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
    Mix sugar, vinegar and mustard seed in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Cool. When completely cold, pour over cucumbers.
    Leave out of freezer 2 to 4 hours, then put in containers and freeze.
