Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can refried beans
1 ripe avocado
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 medium, chopped tomatoes
8 oz. fine shredded Cheddar cheese
sliced black olives
1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation

Spread beans in large pie plate or quiche pan.
Mix avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper (a potato masher works well).
Spread over beans.
Combine sour cream, mayo and taco mix; spread over avocado layer.
Top with tomatoes, shredded cheese and black olives.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
