Rolled Shrimp Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 oz. (half of 3 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
    1 can shrimp, drained (4 1/2 oz. drained weight), chopped fine
    1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of garlic or onion salt
    dash of red hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix ingredients using enough mayonnaise to give good spreading consistency.
    Cut crust from day old thin bread spread with shrimp mixture.
    Roll tightly in a slightly dampened towel. Chill. Slice into approximately 1/4-inch slices.
    Yellow and/or red food coloring may be used to accentuate colors in these sandwiches.
