Linda Twelves' Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 dozen chicken wings
    salt
    pepper
    Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
    1/2 stick butter
    2 bottles Louisiana hot sauce
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    splash of vinegar
Preparation
    Season chicken wings with salt, pepper and Tony Chachere seasoning (to suit your taste).
    Fry wings in oil.
    Make sauce of butter, hot sauce, garlic and vinegar.
    Pour over chicken and let soak in.
