Broccoli With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    6 oz. American cheese, sliced
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 drop red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Heat 1-inch salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water). To boil, add broccoli.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and boil until stems are tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
    Drain.
