Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    2/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 packets Sweet 'N Low
    4 tsp. brown sugar, packed
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    4 Tbsp. (two 1/2 oz. boxes) raisins
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.
    Beat eggs and vanilla until frothy.
    Add pumpkin, carrots and raisins.
    Mix dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture.
    Spray muffin tin with Pam and divide mixture to make 12 muffins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
