Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
    1 (13 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a heavy pot, over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk.
    When melted, remove pot from heat.
    Add vanilla and chopped nuts, stirring well.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
