Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 chicken wings
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. sherry (optional)
2 whole scallions, cut up small
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or use fresh garlic)

Note:
If you wish to 1 1/2 times the recipe, just add 5 more wings; if double amount all ingredients must be doubled.
