Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    12 oz. bag chocolate chips
    8 oz. bag miniature marshmallows
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and evaporated milk in heavy saucepan.
    Cook until it boils, stirring constantly.
    Cook 10 minutes longer, still stirring.
    In a large bowl, mix chocolate chips, marshmallows and butter (chopped up in 1-inch pieces) and nuts.
    Add cooked mixture into other ingredients.
    Stir vigorously until it becomes thick. Dump into ungreased cake pan.
    Cut into squares when cooled.
