Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can apricot halves
1 can pineapple chunks (large)
1 can peach halves (large)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 to 3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. cranberry juice or to taste
Preparation

Melt 1/2 butter in 8 x 11 x 2-inch Pyrex dish.
Drain fruit and put in dish.
Drizzle cranberry juice over fruit.
Cover with brown sugar.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Dot with remaining 1/2 butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
