I'Ve Got A Secret Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (don't sift)
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. diced Harvard beets, don't drain
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Mix flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
    Stir into creamed mixture.
    Then add in order, cottage cheese,
    beets,
    pineapple,
    coconut and nuts.
    Mixing well
    after each
    addition.
    Then beat 1 minute.
    Pour in well greased cake pan.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cake gets
    very brown
    so
    check center with toothpick.
    Then cool. Then ice with a cream cheese frosting.
