Low Cholesterol Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. no-salt added tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and add cooked lean meat.
    Simmer for 20 minutes after bringing to a boil.
    Makes 4 servings with 83 mg cholesterol per serving.
