Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Green Giant Mexicorn
1 pkg. Mahatma yellow rice
1 stick butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded cheese (sharp or mild)
Preparation

Prepare rice according to package directions, add butter and stir until melted, then add corn and soup. Stir in cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle some cheese on top and paprika for color. Add more cheese if you like.
