Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten well
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Add softened shortening and water to beaten eggs.
Add baking powder; beat well.
Add flour to make dough that is stiff, but easily handled.
Divide into 3 rounds.
Roll out on floured board until thin, let dry slightly, then cut into long strips.
Place strips on top of each other and cut into noodles.
Place on large surface and dry.
Can be frozen in plastic bags.
Cook in rich boiling broth.
