Seafood Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 lb. small sea scallops
1/4 lb. crabmeat
1/4 lb. small shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 can (15 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce
4 c. hot cooked shell macaroni
seasoned salt and pepper
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and saute garlic, mushrooms and minced parsley until tender.
Add seafood, cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink, stirring frequently.
Add tomato sauce and macaroni.
Heat through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mound pasta mixture on serving dish; sprinkle with cheese.
