Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. pears, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Use creaming method by hand; add pears last.
Optional: add 1 cup chopped pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a tube pan.
