Pork Chops In Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion, sliced
4 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. white wine
3 Tbsp. chipped parsley
Preparation

Mash butter, mustard, salt and pepper to taste and spread on both sides of pork chops.
Brown onion in salad oil and then add pork chops; cook until brown.
Pour wine over chops and simmer 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley.
