Stuffed Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large, ripe tomatoes
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Slice thin layer of each tomato from bottom; core tomatoes, leaving approximately 1/2 inch thickness of tomato.
    Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter until onion is translucent.
    Pack tomatoes with stuffing mix, onion, pepper, garlic and 1/2 cup of remaining tomato pulp.
    Place packed tomatoes in baking dish; sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
