Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 c. milk
    1 pt. cream
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Fry.
    Add cream. Simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
    Cover and bake in oven for 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
