Diet Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cottage cheese (low or no-fat)
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
1 envelope Knox gelatine
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
5 packs artificial sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
cinnamon
Preparation

Measure 1/2 cup of pineapple juice into a blender and add gelatine.
Add remainder of ingredients, adding the cottage cheese last.
Blend until smooth.
Fold in pineapple.
