Ice Cream Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Beat vigorously.
    Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
    Allow room to spread.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 approximately 10 minutes in a moderate oven.
    This makes a delicate light cookie with a brown edge.
    Serve with ice cream.
