Crumb Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    2 c. biscuit baking mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Fill cupcake tins with paper liners. Mix the egg, 1/4 cup sugar and water in a large bowl.
    Add biscuit mix and stir well.
    Using a metal or plastic measuring cup, fill cupcake holders half full with batter.
    Set aside.
