Katherine'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. pitted ripe olives
    1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 (8 oz.) can button mushrooms
    lettuce and other greens
    1 red onion
    1 tomato
    1 cucumber
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix vinegar and oil.
    Add olives, artichokes and mushrooms. Stir gently and chill.
    When ready to serve, fill a large salad bowl with crisp lettuce.
    Pour marinated mix over salad greens. Slice onion, tomato and cucumber on top.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Serve with the following dressing.
